Based on our conversation we will give you details of the Plan. This will detail what services we’ll be providing for you and at what cost. Our fixed monthly costs mean you know exactly what you are getting rather than you worrying about our charge out rate. We can adjust the services and plan as needed until we are both happy with the outcome.
A final contract is prepared and signed by both you and us making it official. Keep in mind, this is a 30 day contract and can be canceled at any time by either party with 30 days written notice. Along with the contract you will receive a start date and a list of the planned change over period and set-up
We will need to receive information from you including your existing accounts etc. We highly recommend using Quickbooks so will either; take that over from you if you are already using it, set you up with Quickbooks if new to it or link in with your existing software it that's how you would prefer to work. Once change over and set up is complete, on whatever platform you choose, we are ready to begin.
THE CHANGE OVER & SET UP
You can leave the books to us and concentrate on your work. Throughout the month on a pre-agreed schedule we will be retrieving your invoices, bills, receipts & necessary documents. We will be matching and classifying your transactions into the appropriate accounts accurately and efficiently. We will fulfil everything agreed in your service plan. All you have to do is get on with doing what you love
